Bill Monstrola will his second season as the Head Coach of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg softball program.  Monstrola has been coaching softball at the collegiate level for the past seven seasons. This will be his third season coaching at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Monstrola brings a strong work ethic to the university and is committed to the team's strength and conditioning program.

“I believe our season begins during the off season in the weight room. It's a mindset that occurs as players see the results of the conditioning program.”

Monstrola attributes the program’s recent success in part to this philosophy and believes the dedication of the athletes will take them to the next level.
