GREENSBURG, PA- University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg junior Dan Moyer (Greensburg, PA/Hempfield) was tabbed as the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Baseball Player of the week for his efforts ending on March 25th 2012.
Moyer hit .615 (8-13) in a 1-3 week for the Bobcats. The junior outfielder scored five runs, drove in five more and stole a base hitting out of the two-hole. He also threw a perfect inning on the mound striking out 2 of the 3 batters he faced.
