Latrobe, PA- The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg’s baseball team dropped a 6-2 decision to St. Vincent College in a single nine inning contest Tuesday afternoon at St. Vincent.
Pitt-Greensburg starting pitcher Matt Kloos (Seven Fields, PA/Seneca Valley) lasted just one inning allowing four runs on four hits earning the loss and falling to 1-2 on the season.
Struthers OH- Grove City College and Pitt-Greensburg opened the 2011 baseball season at Cene Park in Struthers Ohio, Saturday afternoon, a complex that hosted over 900 baseball games in 2010. The Bobcats dropped the opener 6-4 and were upended 5-0 in the nightcap.

Winter Haven, FL- This afternoon's baseball double header versus Clarkson University has been rained out in Winter Haven, FL. The Bobcats will finish out their 2011 spring training trip with a single nine inning game against Ramapo College tomorrow at 9:00 am.
