Cassell Hall

Cassell Hall is a two-story, 16,500 square-foot building that has been designed to realize 30 percent annual energy savings and reduce water usage by 50 percent. A Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) designation for this building is anticipated and would be the first such LEED certification on campus. The USGBC review is expected to be completed in 2013.

Federal Work-Study Orientation

Welcome to the Federal Work-Study Orientation

Congratulations! You have been hired under the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program.  Federal Work-Study is financial aid received in the form of hourly wages from a job.  The FWS program is a training ground where you can gain valuable work experience while earning financial assistance for your school-related expenses.  

Peer Leader Application

Peer Leaders are upperclass students who help with Summer Orientation and Academic Registration (S.O.A.R.), the New Student Information Fair, and Welcome Week activities. In addition to these summer responsibilities, they are also assigned as mentors in the Freshman Seminar classes in the fall. Peer Leaders interact regularly with the first-year students and are required to be role models to these students academically as well as behaviorally. A successful Peer Leader is genuinely committed, emotionally mature, enthusiastic, and possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
