Pitt-Greensburg, with support from the University of Pittsburgh's Year of Healthy U grant program, will host a series of wellness programs during the spring semester.
"More Mindfulness Methods," on February 15, at 7 p.m. in Village Hall 118, picks up where the "Introduction to Mindfulness Methods" left off.
This campus community (students, faculty, and staff) is encouraged to attend this free series of events that will focus on focus on mental well-being through mindfulness practice, relaxation, and stress reduction along with nutrition and civil discourse.
Future events include:
- Love your heart with food and art on February 21
- Daniel Caron workshop on kindness and civility on March 15
- Dr. Shannon Smith speaking on the connection between health and nutrition on March 22
- Chill & Chill, featuring IlyAIMY Live music, yoga, and ice cream on April 19
Village credit is offered to participants in these events.
