Kerry J. Manning, PhD

Dr. Manning earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985 after transferring from Pitt-Greensburg. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Manning has taught numerous courses at UPG since 1989, as well as courses at St. Vincent College, Penn State-New Kensington, and Westmoreland County Community College. Dr. Manning has done research and scholarship on the executive branch of the American government and post-1945 U.S. foreign policy.
