Students, Alumni, Faculty, Staff, and Friends of Pitt are invited to join us for an opportunity to influence lawmakers and tell your University of Pittsburgh story!
This FREE opportunity includes transportation, continental breakfast on the bus, and lunch at the Capitol.
Students need to make prior arrangements to miss classes with appropriate faculty. A written excuse for missing class will be provided to each student on the bus back to campus.
Alumni and faculty - we'd love to have you spend the day with us!
Staff participation in this event will be counted as time worked, rather than vacation or personal time, pending supervisor approval.
Registration deadline is Friday, March 6, 2020. Students registering early by Friday, February 28, 2020 will be entered in a drawing (following attendance at the event) to receive a Pitt Spirit Basket!
Appointments will be made with local legislators on behalf of the campus. Watch this page for a list of legislator names and information in the weeks leading up to Pitt Day in Harrisburg 2020.
