Jessica L Everly, PhD

Jessica Everly, PhD, is a behavior analyst and an Associate Professor of Psychology. She teaches several courses, including Introduction to Psychology, Experimental Learning, Advanced Behavior Analysis, and Neuropsychology. She also supervises internships in psychology and oversees the behavior analysis curricula at Pitt-Greensburg. Her research interests include punishment, conditioned reinforcement, and incentive shifts. Dr. Everly welcomes student participation in her research. Interested students should contact her directly. Prior to her arrival at Pitt-Greensburg, Dr. Everly conducted research on operant conditioning using non-human animals. In clinical settings, she has worked with typically developing and developmentally disabled children to reduce problem behaviors such as aggression, disruption, and non-compliance.
