Daniel Lynch

After completing an enlistment with the U.S. Army Daniel Lynch earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University while serving in the PA National Guard. He then went on to complete a career with the Pennsylvania State Police serving in various specialized positions involving criminal investigation as a Trooper and then as a supervisor. During his state service he earned a M.P.P.M. degree from Pitt's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. While serving in his current capacity with the University of Pittsburgh as the Chief of Police of the Greensburg campus he earned a management certificate from the Northwestern University School of Police Staff Command. He has instructed courses at various institutions covering police operations and management. He currently instructs the Criminal Investigations course at Pitt-Greensburg.
