ONE visit is all it takes to determine that Pitt-Greensburg is the right fit for you. We offer virtual visits daily, an online virtual tour, evening information sessions, and many weekend events throughout the year. You can also meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor who can answer any questions you have about Pitt-Greensburg and the application process. We encourage you to check us out!

Visits Available

On-Campus Walking Tours | Weekdays at 10am and 1pm

Take a one-hour walking tour with a Pitt-Greensburg student around campus. You'll get an overview of residence halls, academic buildings, and recreational areas. An admissions counselor may meet up to 3 families in a socially distanced room arrangement, and one student tour guide will chaperone a maximum of 3 prospective students per time slot. Each prospective student will be allowed to bring 2 guests each on their tour.  Immediately following the tour, a counselor will discuss the admissions process, academic programs, campus features, and answer questions. Masks are required at all times during this visit. 

NOTE: We schedule our in-person visits on a rolling basis as a safety precaution for our prospective students, their families, the Pitt community, and our staff. You can email or call 724-836-7048 if you have any questions about scheduling an in-person visit.

Self-Serve Drive-Thru Campus Tour | Saturdays Spring 2021

Take a safe, Saturday drive-thru tour of campus at your own convenience! You'll have the opportunity to get a feel of what campus is like at the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg. Pre-registration is required. Because of our current safety guidelines, we are prohibiting entry into any of our academic buildings, or residence halls. Please do not exit your vehicle at any time during your self-serve tour.

Instructions: Start at the main entrance of the Pitt-Greensburg campus. Take the self-guided tour by following along with our admissions video.

Virtual Visit with a Counselor

Daily virtual visits are offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  At a daily virtual visit you will be instructed to take a virtual tour of our campus (accessible here), and then be able to schedule an online one-on-one meeting with an admissions counselor directly following your virtual tour by emailing We can set up a meeting via Skype, Zoom, Facetime...etc. Please let us know if you have a video conferencing preference.

Major/Program 1-on-1 Virtual Meetings 

We encourage you to schedule a virtual meeting or a phone conversation with a faculty member (related to your program) and discuss your major of interest. In this meeting, you can meet your future professor, ask questions about the program, learn about your major, and discuss the benefits of studying this major at Pitt-Greensburg.
