ONE visit is all it takes to determine that Pitt-Greensburg is the right fit for you. We offer virtual visits daily, an online virtual tour, evening information sessions, and many weekend events throughout the year. You can also meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor who can answer any questions you have about Pitt-Greensburg and the application process. We encourage you to check us out!

Visits Available

Virtual Visit with a Counselor

Daily virtual visits are offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  At a daily virtual visit you will be instructed to take a virtual tour of our campus (accessible here), and then be able to schedule an online one-on-one meeting with an admissions counselor directly following your virtual tour by emailing We can set up a meeting via Skype, Zoom, Facetime...etc. Please let us know if you have a video conferencing preference.


Wednesday Night Information Session | February 3, 2021, at 5:30 PM ET 

During this 1-hour session, you will hear from our Assistant Director of Admissions, Red Bittner, and Director of Admissions, Dana Bearer. This online Zoom session will allow you to gain important information on the application process, our majors/minors, general school info, and criteria for applying. We encourage you to ask questions during this interactive live session!


Admitted Student Nursing Information Session | February 11, 2021, at 4:00 PM ET 

During this 30-minute session, you will hear from our Director of Nursing, Marie A. Fioravanti, DNP, RN, and our admissions team. This online Zoom session will allow you to get an overview of the Pitt Nursing program, learn about gaining clinical experience, and job outlook. 


Transfer Student Information Days  | Thursdays in Spring 2021 - 3:00 PM ET 

During this 30-minute transfer student session, you will hear from Pitt-Greensburg's Admissions Counselor, Joyce Eger. This online Zoom session will allow you to gain important information pertaining to transfer students, such as the admissions process (required documents, application, and criteria for acceptance), scholarships, financial aid, and unofficial credit evaluations. We encourage you to ask questions during this interactive live session!

Facebook LIVE Deciphering Pitt-Greensburg Award Letters | February 2, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM ET

Join us for a 30-minute Facebook LIVE session, where you will hear from our Assistant Director of Financial Aid, Jenny Warden, on how to decipher your Pitt-Greensburg award letter! We encourage you to send your questions prior to the FB live event to or comment in the chat during the Q&A!

Directions on viewing:

1. On the date (2/2/21) and time (7 PM ET) of the event, log onto your personal Facebook account.

2. Go to the Pitt-Greensburg Admissions Office Facebook page (make sure that you like/follow us @PittGreensburgAdmissions).

Major/Program 1-on-1 Virtual Meetings 

Since we are unable to do face-to-face visits, we encourage you to schedule a virtual meeting or a phone conversation with a faculty member (related to your program) and discuss your major of interest. In this meeting, you can meet your future professor, ask questions about the program, learn about your major, and discuss the benefits of studying this major at Pitt-Greensburg.
