Pitt-Greensburg Creative and Professional Writing majors release chapbooks

Eleven Pitt-Greensburg Creative and Professional Writing majors are set to release their first chapbooks at a special reading and book signing on Wednesday, April 19, at 7 p.m. in the Hempfield Room (Chambers Hall, Pitt-Greensburg) as part of their capstone projects. The reading is free and open to the public. A book sale and reception will follow the readings.

The book launch will celebrate the publication of work by these graduating seniors:

  • nonfiction work by Matt Burch of Wilkins Township, PA; Rob Carlson, of Irwin, PA; Michelle Etling, of Youngwood, PA; Jason Rivenburg, of Mohawk, NY; Gretchen Uhrinek, of Latrobe, PA; and Jessica Weiss, of Venetia, PA;
  • fiction work by Alexandra Dimoff, of Finleyville, PA; Ned Lewis; and Tori Phillips, of Harrison City, PA; and
  • poetry by Brooke Lawrence, of Moon Township, PA; and Samantha Pritts, of Scottdale, PA.
