Prospective Students: Visit campus for Pitt Preview and receive a $500 scholarship

The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg is providing prospective students with an additional incentive to visit the campus this semester.

High school seniors and transfer students who attend a Preview Pitt Open House will be offered a one-time $500 scholarship award. This award is in addition to any other scholarships that they may be offered as part of their admission process.

“Students will have two more opportunities to participate in our Preview Pitt Open House this fall,” said Michael Husenits, the director of Admissions at Pitt-Greensburg. “Registration is open for the October 25 and the November 15 events.”

Preview Pitt Open House allows students and their parents to learn about the admission process, meet with faculty to discuss academic programs, and tour the campus.

“The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg combines the resources and reputation of the University of Pittsburgh with the close community feel of a small private college,” added Husenits. “We look forward to welcoming students to our beautiful campus that features state-of-the-art academic facilities, welcoming residence halls, and the most supportive group of peers that will challenge you to achieve your greatest goals.”
