The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Office of Career Services would like to invite you to participate in the 18th Annual Graduate & Professional School Fair.
The undergraduate students in attendance will be interested in discussing program prerequisites, admission requirements, and career opportunities, as well as receiving material which highlights your school’s programs. Students from area colleges and universities are also invited and the average attendance for the last few years has been approximately 200-250 students.

Limited to 40 graduate and professional school programs
Virtual: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Reserved as an option for recruiters who cannot participate in person.
Deadline to register: Friday, October 6
Please note: If public health guidelines change, we will shift the in-person portion to online. We will be in contact with each registered school immediately if this change is necessary.
Graduate and professional school programs registering to participate in person must supply the name of the representative attending in the registration form so that we can enter them as official guests through the university. Please contact Career Services with any changes no later than October 14th.
The university currently requires everyone to wear masks inside. All representatives will be required to abide by university guidelines while on campus. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the gym, and we will ask each graduate school representative to keep a sign-in sheet at their table to track anyone who stops by their table.
One six-foot table, one chair, and a boxed lunch will be provided to each graduate and professional school program.
We will have a limited supply of plain white table cloths for recruiters to borrow. If possible, please let us know if you will need to borrow one of ours.
To ensure safety of all guests and participants, we are allowing just one graduate/professional school program representative in attendance this year.
We ask that representatives arrive between 10-11 a.m. to have adequate time to set up their table. Refreshments will be offered, starting at 10 a.m. Each school will be provided with a 6-foot rectangle table for the distribution of information and visual displays to meet with interested students.
We ask that you submit the email address of the representative who will be in attendance on the day of the Fair for guest-wireless purposes. If the representative is unknown at the time of registration, please contact Career Services with any updates to your registration by October 6, 2021.
Remote Option: Virtual Information Sessions
Schools and programs that cannot visit campus for the fair are welcome to register to participate online. This option includes one-hour information sessions from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. For this option, graduate recruiters can select a one-hour time slot on October 21st between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. to virtually participate in the fair. Spots are limited to five programs per hour and will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We are asking each recruiter participating virtually to provide us with a virtual meeting link for your session via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or another preferred platform.
Registration is FREE for both the in-person and virtual components, though the virtual component is reserved for schools that cannot participate in person.
In-person participants will receive a complimentary boxed lunch and can select their preference in the registration form.
In-person participation is limited to 40 graduate schools and programs, based on institutional fit.
The virtual portion is limited to five graduate schools per hour. The graduate programs will have the full hour to conduct an information and/or Q&A session.
To reserve your space, we ask that you complete the online registration form below by October 6, 2021. After your registration has been processed, your confirmation letter, directions, and a campus map will be emailed. Please contact us if you have any special requests, questions, or concerns.
Online Directory Option
