Discover Your Passion and Talent in the Arts

Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) explores links among Art & Architecture, Music, and Theatre. These connections happen in the classroom, in exhibition, and in performance.

As a VAPA major, you focus on one of the three art areas as your concentration. And at the same time, you engage in the histories and relationships of all three.

From day one, you are participating, creating, rehearsing, and producing. Working closely with your faculty mentors, your work and progress through the major can lead directly into your senior capstone project: research art history, sing a recital, direct a play, curate an name it.
