The Pitt-Greensburg Office of University Relations & Institutional Advancement is pleased to loan various Pitt items to campus departments.
- All items are free to borrow.
- Items will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Request must be received at least one week in advance of the event.
- Requestor must make arrangements to have items picked up in Lynch Hall 203A the last business day before the event.
- Requestor must arrange to have items returned to Lynch Hall 203A the first business day following the event.
- The requesting Department will be responsible for the return of items with all components included and in good condition.
- The requesting Department is financially responsible for damaged or lost items.
NOTE: If you need an item that is not listed below, please let us know. We will investigate the possibility of purchasing the item(s).
