Pitt-Greensburg limits general public access to facilities, including Millstein Library

Continuing our focus on protecting public health while continuing to advance the mission of education, research, and community impact, the University of Pittsburgh today provided updated guidance on general public access to specific facilities. The campus remains open to students, faculty, and staff.

As a regional campus in the University of Pittsburgh system, the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg will follow the same guidelines. For additional information about the status of our operations at this time, please visit [link no longer available].

The updated access policy is designed to mitigate disease transmission while still providing for the access needed to provide support for conducting education via online platforms, providing services to students who cannot return home, and conducting necessary operations.

Faculty and students will continue their academic work this semester via virtual learning platforms, beginning March 23, when classes will resume. The University will continue its day-to-day operations, and both faculty and staff are encouraged to work from home, when possible.
